Recommended Print Settings

• Nozzle temperature: 190–240°C
• Bed temperature: 50–60°C
• Nozzle: 0.4mm minimum; 0.6mm or 0.8mm preferred
• Layer height: 0.16–0.32mm
• Print speed: 30–60mm/s as a starting range
• Cooling: Part cooling fan recommended

Printing & Finishing Tips

• Use a 0.6mm or 0.8mm nozzle when possible to help the wood fibers pass smoothly and reduce clog risk.
• Dry the filament before printing if you notice popping, stringing, rough surfaces, or inconsistent extrusion.
• Slow outer-wall speeds can improve surface consistency and make the wood-like texture more uniform.
• Light sanding can smooth layer lines and prepare the part for stain, dye, paint, or clear coat.
