We want you to be confident in your purchase. Please review the policy below so expectations are clear before starting a return.

Return Window

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the shipment date.

Eligibility & Condition

Returned items must be:

  • In original packaging

  • Unused, uninstalled, and in resalable condition

Items showing signs of use, installation, modification, damage, or missing components may be subject to reduced refunds or return denial.

Return Process

Returns are initiated through our self-service return system. Please follow the instructions provided during the return request.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method only

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • A 3% restocking fee applies to eligible returns

  • Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • You receive the wrong item

  • Parts are missing

Delays in reporting issues may limit our ability to resolve them.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:

  • Custom, special-order, or personalized products

  • Items that have been installed, modified, or electrically connected

  • Digital products or downloadable files

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to receive a different item is to place a new order and submit a return request for the original item if eligible.

International Orders & EU Customers

Customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, VAT, or brokerage fees charged by their country.

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return it within 14 days of delivery under EU consumer protection laws. Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase. Return shipping costs still apply.
