Shipping Policy

Order Processing & Fulfillment

Orders are processed and shipped Monday–Friday during business hours, excluding observed holidays. Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping speed selected at checkout applies to the carrier’s transit time only and does not affect order fulfillment time. Expedited shipping fees are paid directly to the carrier and do not guarantee same-day, next-day, or priority fulfillment.

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. PwnCNC is not responsible for delays, additional costs, or reshipments caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Carrier Transit & Delivery Timing

We ship primarily via USPS and UPS. Once a package has been handed off to the carrier, delivery timing, routing, and tracking updates are entirely managed by that carrier.

Typical U.S. delivery times range from 2–7 business days, but delays can occur due to carrier workload, weather, staffing, or routing issues. Tracking updates and pickup scans may be delayed or skipped by the carrier.

Because delivery is outside our control, we do not guarantee delivery dates and cannot offer refunds or replacements due to missed delivery expectations or carrier delays.

We do not offer guaranteed next-day delivery services.

Made-to-Order & 3D Printed Items

Some products, including 3D printed items, spindle systems, conversion kits, CNC machines, and select accessories, are made to order. These items require production time before shipping, which may add a few additional business days depending on the product and configuration.

International Shipping & Import Fees

We ship internationally to most countries.

International customers are fully responsible for all import duties, VAT, customs fees, and brokerage charges imposed by their country. These fees are not included in shipping costs and are not collected by PwnCNC.

International delivery times typically range from 2–5 weeks, but may be longer depending on customs processing and carrier conditions. We do not offer guaranteed delivery timeframes for international shipments.

Lost or Stalled Shipments

If a package appears delayed or stalled in the carrier’s system, we will assist by initiating a carrier investigation if appropriate. Replacement shipments cannot be issued until the carrier has officially declared a package lost.

Warehouse Pickup

Local pickup is available at our warehouse in Lowell, Arkansas by advance arrangement. Please email us prior to arrival to confirm availability. Local sales tax applies to all pickup orders.
