Recommended Print Settings

• Nozzle temperature: 230–270°C
• Bed temperature: 70–90°C
• Maximum fan speed after layer 3: About 40%
• Maximum volumetric speed: 10mm³/s starting point
• Nozzle: 0.4mm standard
• Layer height: 0.16–0.28mm
• Outer-wall and top-surface acceleration: 1000mm/s² starting point

Printing Tips

• Start with a standard PETG slicer profile, then tune temperature, cooling, and speed for your printer and model.
• Use moderate cooling. Too much fan can reduce layer adhesion, while too little may affect overhangs and bridges.
• Avoid pressing the first layer too tightly against the build plate. PETG can bond aggressively to some surfaces.
• Use a suitable release layer when recommended for your build plate material.
• Store the spool sealed and dry. Dry PETG generally strings less and extrudes more consistently.

Translucent Color Note

Deep Blue and Bright Green are translucent, while Yellow may appear slightly translucent. The final effect varies with wall thickness, infill, layer height, lighting, and print settings.
