Printing Tips

• Dry the filament before use. Moisture can cause popping, stringing, inconsistent extrusion, rough surfaces, and weaker layer bonding.
• Start with a TPU 95A High Flow profile when available, then tune temperature, speed, flow, and retraction for your printer and model.
• Use a clean, well-supported filament path. Direct-drive extruders are generally easiest, though other systems may work when properly tuned.
• If feeding becomes inconsistent, reduce speed and retraction distance and confirm the filament path moves smoothly.
• Store the spool sealed with desiccant when not in use.
