Print durable, functional parts without the steeper learning curve of many engineering materials using Push Plastic PETG Filament. PETG combines everyday printability with better impact resistance, toughness, chemical resistance, and heat performance than standard PLA.
Available in 23 colors—including practical neutrals, bright shop colors, Natural, and transparent options—this USA-made filament is a versatile choice for brackets, guards, organizers, fixtures, containers, machine accessories, display parts, and other prints that need added durability.
Why You’ll Like It
- Strong and tough: A dependable choice for functional parts that need more impact resistance and flexibility than PLA.
- Good chemical resistance: Useful for shop, garage, CNC, and light industrial environments.
- More heat resistant than PLA: Better suited to moderately warm applications, while remaining easier to print than many advanced materials.
- Clear and transparent options: Natural PETG offers good clarity, with several transparent colors available for light-transmitting or visual applications.
- Made in the USA: Manufactured from 100% virgin resin and vacuum-sealed with desiccant.
- Multi-material compatibility: The 1kg spool works with most multi-material systems, including Bambu Lab AMS.
Available Colors
Clear and neutrals: Natural, White, Black, Dark Grey, Light Grey, and Silver Metalic.
Reds, purple, and earth tones: Red, Purple, Rust, and Desert Tan.
Greens: Green, Lime Green, and Pusch Green.
Blues: Ultra Blue, Ocean Blue, and Navy Blue.
High-visibility colors: Safety Yellow, PwnYellow, and Orange.
Transparent colors: Transparent Green, Transparent Blue, Transparent Red, and Transparent Amber.
Recommended Print Settings
- Nozzle temperature: 230–250°C
- Bed temperature: 70–90°C
- Nozzle: 0.4mm standard; larger nozzles may be used for stronger or faster prints
- Layer height: 0.16–0.28mm
- Print speed: 35–60mm/s starting range
- Cooling: Moderate cooling; reduce cooling when stronger layer adhesion is the priority
Printing and Storage Tips
- Start with a standard PETG profile and adjust nozzle temperature, cooling, retraction, and travel settings for your printer.
- Use a clean build surface and a slower first layer for reliable adhesion.
- Avoid excessive first-layer squish because PETG can bond aggressively to some build surfaces. Adjust Z offset as needed.
- Store the spool sealed and dry when not in use.
- Dry the filament if you notice stringing, popping, rough surfaces, or inconsistent extrusion.
