Dust Boot v7 is our extremely popular Spindle or Router mounted dust boots.

Designed specifically to overcome challenges we've seen in the field with previous versions which makes it compatible with nearly every CNC and configuration... this boot is the ultimate in dust control for your 3d carves.


65-69mm with 2.5" hose intake: 
  • Fits onto Makita, Carbide3d, Dewalt, and Bauer palm routers as well as our 65mm spindles.
  • Large handle to easily mount and adjust the boot's vertical position for small or large cutter bits.
  • Both a removable magnetic brush track with long 2" bristles and a removable magnetic spacer track. Additional brush tracks are available as well as other brush lengths.
  • Large acrylic base-plate which provides easy viewing of your cutting bit. Pro-Tip... shine a pen light and have a great view of your cuts in action.
  • 2.5" (female) receiver embedded directly into the boot for super easy cleanup in front of your machine. Corresponding MagLock Male adapter included free.

What's Included?
Note:  v7 comes with a 2.5" hose adapter, however for those who want to tailor your hose adapter by purchasing a MagConverter and a different kind of boot adapter.  This is perfect if you have a brand-specific hose like Festool, Rigid, and others.  https://pwncnc.com/products/maglock-converter


Note:  It is recommended that you use our Body Extender if you're running an Air-Cooled spindle.  The extender provides additional spindle body allowing you to mount the v7 boot lower on the spindle for longer bits.

Vacuum brush

The brushes get sucked up into the hole and the sawdust plugs it up. I think the brushes should be farther away from the hole.

V7 Dust Boot

I purchased the V7 after my Shapeoko Sweepy 2.0 clamping mechanism broke apart. I could have purchased 3 of the Sweepy 2.0 dust boots for the same price as the V7 but I think the V7 is worth the higher cost. The V7 has multiple configurations making it more versatile as well as a robust clamping mechanism that appears will be long lasting. I would buy the V7 again.

I had the v7 for the makita and loved it. Bought the same for the spindle.

Well made and delivery time was good, however it was such a tight fit around the back side of the spindle that it didn't allow the z- axis to get full movement.

Great design, beautiffully printed, everything fits. I am so glad that I found PwnCNC products. Not a second's difficulty with assembly of the V7 dustboot and everything operates as designed and expected. The maglock rings are a great design and hold really securely. I purchased the 2.2kw 80mm spindle and the V7 dustboot is the ideal mate for it. It fits securely and the choices of brush give the user choices about how to machine. Well done, PwnCNC!
