Digital Files Only:
v10 maker files includes all of the digital part files needed to make your own dust boot. This includes the acrylic dxf, boot, 2.5" & 4" hose adapter, and wing stls. This is just the files and will require physical parts either sourced yourself, or through our makers pack selection.
Digital Files and/or Makers Pack:
Includes files (if selected) and the various screws, heat inserts, and magnets to make it yourself. You'll need to purchase brush material separately. All you need to do is 3d print the parts and cut or purchase your Acrylic.

A few important notes about our maker files:
1. If there are any updates to this design, you will have access to those by purchasing this maker files product. The system will send out an email when/if these maker files are updated.
2. Hold onto the email you receive with the download link. This will allow you to download files indefinitely.
3. We have started to sell our files for a very low price to cover hosting fees. We felt that our previous files-host wasn't up to the task of servicing our customers and we wanted to provide better support for our makers out there.

Awesome! Printed on a basic Ender V3 printer and turned out amazing.

These plans are really spectacular. One should have a good understanding of their slicer and watch the assembly video in advance as not all parts in the distribution need to be printed, depending on your circumstance.
This is my first makers kit from Pwn, and I also bought the brush length and pre-finished acrylic plate. If you want perfect match with the yellow color, know that it's not any old yellow, and I think Daniel has documented the color somewhere if you want to get it perfect.
Also note that the acrylic I was shipped is 3/8" thickness and the parts kit is designed for 1/2" acrylic. I will swap a couple of cap-end bolts for a shorter length (or cutting them to size and chasing the threads). That will probably be updated in the kit before too long. In order to get the brass inserts set, consider threading one of the bolts through the brass and using that to hammer it flush in place. It's important to get them flush or even a tiny bit recessed to keep suction from getting lost at the connection. I'm going to do some research to see if there's any techniques for heating the brass after it is set in place to help set the plastic seep deeper into the brass and strengthen the connection.
While most of us are here because we don't want to debug our spindle and ATC, I found it super instructive to download and assemble this kit. Can't wait to try it the first time!
The Makers files cover every part for V10 Dust Boot, the files were easy to setup for 3D printing and CNC. I think this is an excellent makers project.
Not sure if it’s my printer but I had to modify the width of the magnet holes in order for the 6mm magnets to fit.
