Adapt the PwnCNC universal spindle mount to a variety of CNC machines with a machine-specific aluminum adapter plate. Each plate is designed to bridge the mounting pattern between your CNC and the PwnCNC spindle mount for a clean, secure installation.

Some plates are stocked, while others are made to order.
Made-to-order plates may require approximately 2–4 weeks before shipment.
Plates may include extra holes because some designs support more than one machine configuration.

Finish and Availability

Stocked plates may be black anodized or finished as shown in the product images. Made-to-order plates are typically supplied in a silver, as-machined aluminum finish. Pricing varies by machine, current inventory, and whether the plate must be manufactured to order.

Spindle Mount and Adapter Plates - Longmill MK2

80mm spindle mount and adapter plates for the Sienci Longmill MK2 are very solid, lightweight and milling is nearly perfect. Only downside is the spindle cannot be locked in the mount independently (I believe the middle bolt is too long so it tensions the spindle using the adapter plate, not the front and back parts of the mount) so any adjustment requires retramming. It’s particularly a challenge to tram Y/front-back. The spindle has to be removed/extra hands to hold it in order to loosen the mounting bolts and place wedges.
