The Bambu Lab Extruder Unit for the A1 Series is a complete replacement assembly designed to feed filament reliably into the hotend. It features dual hardened steel gears that provide strong extrusion force, help prevent filament slippage, and improve abrasion resistance for long-term performance.

Built to support everyday printing as well as tougher engineering materials, this extruder unit can handle abrasive filaments such as carbon fiber nylon and glass fiber nylon. It also includes the filament cutter for unloading or switching filament, along with the extruder motor that powers the extrusion process.
